LISTEX – London International Snowsports Trade Exchange
Two days of networking between snowsports buyers, suppliers & media at the Hilton Kensington London, 15 & 16 October 2026

On day one of LISTEX, tour operators/travel agents (buyers) and media partners meet snowsports suppliers in the Trade Exchange via pre-scheduled, one-to-one meetings. Suppliers include national or regional tourist boards, ski schools, accommodation providers, transfer companies, airlines, activity operators or any of those providing an alpine service or product.

On day two, 16 October, we are joined by press and media for further networking opportunities. We present our latest snowsports market research, host informative panel discussions and relevant Forum sessions and allow attendees to pre-schedule meetings with anyone else at the event.

Following 2025’s largest LISTEX event to date, with 250+ attendees across the two days from all areas of the Winter Alpine Industry, we held Mountain Trade Network’s first consumer show, the Snow Show London at Olympia directly after.

Following its success, we will be bringing the 2026 London Snow Show to you on 17 & 18 October. This allows anyone exhibiting at the Snow Show London to easily attend LISTEX as well, combining trade, media and consumer activity all in one convenient trip.

What you can expect at LISTEX in 2026

Day 1 – Trade Exchange meeting day

UK and international buyers (tour operators & travel agents) and media partners will meet with suppliers face-to-face at our event. From industry leaders to independent specialists, there is no better way to grow your network.

You will be able to pre-schedule 15-minute meetings with leading buyers across the winter mountain industry. All meetings are managed from the Mountain Trade Network platform before you attend.

The forums and our market leading consumer research survey – following the Trade Exchange meetings, the second day of LISTEX is dedicated for further networking opportunities for all industry professionals including press, media, tour operators, brands, retailers, national & regional tourist boards, accommodation providers, ski lift and transport companies, ski schools, PR agencies and anyone else working within the Alpine market.

The networking press day + meeting opportunities

LISTEX is all about meeting people, connecting, discussing business and putting a name to a face. You’ll network with colleagues and industry professionals during our event and MTN networking party which is held on day two.

On Day two we are joined by 50+ freelance journalists writing for many ski and travel publications.

All attendees have access to the MTN Meetings Manager and can preschedule 15-minute meetings on this day if they wish to (up to 19 meeting slots available).

We are super happy to be back at LISTEX, SASTEX and LISTEX Luxury after more than two years of pandemic. LISTEX was actually the first ever B2B event we’ve attended in the UK and we really love it. The organisation is so great, the meetings are well organised and the after work programme is always our personal highlight.

Trade Exchange meetings on Day One are 15 minutes long – 23 in total.

Press meetings on Day Two are 15 minutes long – 19 in total.

All other attendees visit their meeting tables when the meetings are due.

Tables are clearly labelled with signage around the rooms to help.  The MTN team is always on hand to help you find your meeting.

Don’t worry, our event runs for two days and there will be plenty of other networking opportunities over networking breaks, lunches and the evening party. If you have any concerns or need introducing to someone, please come and find the MTN team and we will help you.

Yes, all attendees will wear name badges with their company name.

LISTEX for me allows me to meet with dozens of contacts with access to hoteliers, resorts, lift pass providers, ski schools and tons of other much needed suppliers. The schedule is intense, but the meetings are focused meaning you can achieve more in 2 days than you could in 2 months. Twinned with the fact that LISTEX presentations are outstanding and really industry specific, you cant really not attend if you work in the ski industry.
