SASTEX
Thursday 14th March 2025Red Bull Offices, Covent Garden London Premium memberEARLY BIRD offer until October 31st - Full Day Ticket @ £999 + Premium Membership
SASTEX is an exclusive event tailored specifically for the summer alpine market
Come and join us for this exclusive event hosted by our Media Partners Red Bull at their Covent Garden Offices.
The venue is split over two rooms, dividing the event into a trade exchange meeting space and a dedicated breakout and networking lunch room. This also offers various sponsorship opportunities for those looking to promote to the key companies operating in the summer alpine sports market
In the trade exchange tour operators, suppliers and media will meet for 15 minute via pre-scheduled meetings – all managed and confirmed via your profile on the MTN platform before your arrival.
Following the meetings we will be joined by freelance journalists writing for many travel publications.
As with our winter event LISTEX, SASTEX will bring its own insights from primary market research to help the industry as a whole understand the current and emerging market, to grow summer mountain tourism for the benefit of all.
"This was my first visit to LISTEX & SASTEX. I found both events to be really well organised and provided a real mix of opportunities to learn and meet new people. Great insight into the state of the market, some interesting debates on topics that will impact our industry over the coming years as well as many opportunities to meet peers and build new relationships. Collaboration is key to growing our industry and this was the perfect forum to do this in"

What you can expect at
SASTEX live
The Trade Exchange
The Trade Exchange is where attendees meet in pre-scheduled, one to one meetings. Our online matchmaking system allows any trade exchange attendee to search and request meetings with other attendees in the trade exchange including buyers (tour operators), suppliers (mountain resorts, hotels, experience providers etc.) and media (our media partners and freelance press)
Up to 20 meetings can be pre-scheduled for all attendees of SASTEX.
The Forum
Based on the successful LISTEX Forum format, the SASTEX forum provides thought leadership for the mountain industry. Speakers from both within and beyond the industry come together with attendees for insightful presentations, diverse and engaging panel discussions and to explore and debate the timely issues facing the industry. The SASTEX Forum sessions are a must-attend for catching up on industry news, trends, issues and innovations.
As with our winter event LISTEX, SASTEX will bring its own insights from primary market research to help the industry as a whole understand the current and emerging market, to grow summer mountain tourism for the benefit of all.
The Networking
Networking at SASTEX centres around the hosted breakfast, lunch and evening social where journalists working across specialist and national media titles will join the buyers and suppliers attending in the day.
We’d love to have you join us at SASTEX 2025 so together as an industry we can grow this event for the good of all.
We do run a hosted buyer programme for operators looking to add new destinations to their offering. Hosted buyer places are limited so pleased do let me know as soon as you can if you are interested in attending, or require more information.
SASTEX was a fantastic forum that helped facilitate fantastic new connections and potential business partnerships as well as learn more about the state of play across the industry. Combined with an engaging guest speaker in Squash Falconer and fascinating panel discussions, I can't recommend the event enough.
