If you are registering as an MTN Member we will also collect information about your company, your job role, and what other types of attendees you may be looking to meet at our events. This information is shared with other attendees of the trade exchange to facilitate networking. By entering this information on our website or sending it to us in an email you are giving us permission to share the information with other trade exchange attendees attending the same event.
How is your information used and how long is it kept for?

Our payment process providers are Stripe and GoCardless and use secure encryption technology to safeguard your details.

Our website is integrated with MailChimp a CRM and marketing automation service that may record mouse clicks, downloads and any text keyed into website forms. The information collected does not include bank details or any sensitive personal data. Data collected by MailChimp in this way is for MTN internal use only. The information collected is used to improve our website usability and our personal profile of your website usage, if you are present on our database and is stored and used for aggregated and statistical reporting.
